- In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato and pear slices with olive oil, honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange in Baking Dish
- Layer the sweet potato and pear slices alternately in a baking dish, creating a visually appealing pattern.
Cover and Bake
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Uncover and Continue Baking
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the edges are slightly caramelized.
