Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
By using cookclear.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
General information, not professional advice
CookClear provides general cooking and food storage information for home cooks. It is not medical, nutritional or professional food safety advice. Ovens, thermometers, ingredients and kitchens vary, so use your own judgment, follow the instructions that came with your appliances, and check doneness with a food thermometer where we recommend one.
When in doubt about whether food is safe to eat, throw it out. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, or think someone is ill from food, talk to a doctor.
Accuracy
We check our answers against trusted sources and update them when guidance changes, but we cannot promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at ask@cookclear.com.
